Drinking coffee at a cozy tavern that has become part of the lifestyle of big cities including Jakarta. Coffee, the term generally, it brings its own pleasure for fans of coffee.

Perhaps you are one who often spends time at the coffee shop to just hang out with friends to enjoy your favorite coffee. But did you know the term coffee flavor than the phrase 'sweet', 'tasty' or 'pleasure' alone?

Coffee blends are manifold. And the concoction is not made at random. All no prescription measuring. In the coffee industry, professional coffee tasters main task is to monitor the taste and quality of coffee concoction. They then create a variety of coffee flavor terms more specific.

Here are some phrases list of coffee is often called.

Astringent - Pain that remains in the mouth with salty sensation on the tongue.

Baggy - less savory taste of coffee beans stored for too long in less good condition.

Baked - The aroma of roasted coffee terkuar from too long in temperatures that are too low.

Beany - The smell of roasted coffee beans that have not issued a maximum taste.

Bitter - the sharp taste of the coffee beans are roasted longer.
